Excluded services
- Professionally buffing, resurfacing or waxing floors
- Shampooing rugs
- Supplying of regular facility consumables: paper towels, toilet paper, handsoap, garbage bags, dishwashing supplies, etc
- Excepting attention to outdoor entries, breezeways, gathering areas / porticos, Sacred Space doesn’t offer grounds maintenance
Of note, regarding premises:
- For long-neglected spaces or surfaces, particularly soiled (especially floors), there may be a need to gain a baseline clean, which may take successive cleanings before a clean environment may be regularly maintained. Such spaces will be assessed by the contracted cleaner before care is given.
- Extra large square footage may require extra time, and depending on the floors, may be offered at a slightly increased hourly rate. These areas will be assessed by the contracted cleaner to clarify cleaning needs.
